We follow 4 easy-to-understand steps for our MPS implementation:

1 — Assess current state

The goal of this first phase is to understand the current environment, current total cost of ownership of the fleet, and who, what and where documents are being printed. This phase usually includes:

Installation of a non-intrusive data collection agent (DCA) to collect raw information of your print environment
Gathering of print-related financial data
Engagement with stakeholders to identify current process and areas of improvement

2 — Design future state

This involves a collaborative effort to strategize and design a customized future state for your print environment. We analyze and validate data collected in the assessment phase to propose our recommendation. Our recommendation also includes cost justification to assist you to make decision in moving forward. In some instances, a document management solution might be included as part of the recommendation because, at the end, the cheapest way to print is not to print!

3 — Implement recommendations

The phase involves putting the plan into place. The plan might be a takeover of an existing fleet, or it may include the installation of some new hardware, or redeploy current hardware to optimize your print environment. But, we will never simply rip-and-replace what you already have. Furthermore, we integrate our support structure with your IT to ensure consistent end users experience.
